Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

To give you a clear expectation of when your order will arrive, please note our timeframes:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EDT) / (New York Time)
  • Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 3 to 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 6 Business Days from the time you place your order.

3. Shipping Costs & Rates

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Modifications & Lost Packages

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@brooklyntailspetfood.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your package tracking shows as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot find it, reach out to our support team for assistance.
